I applied all changes discussed in the telecon on 2022-05-27 into PR
#4 on the modules ecosystem TR (
https://github.com/cplusplus/modules-ecosystem-tr/pull/4 ). I also
created issues in the repository for all TODO entries in the document
( https://github.com/cplusplus/modules-ecosystem-tr/issues ).
