For the benefit of those who are newer: See SD-4
<https://isocpp.org/std/standing-documents/sd-4-wg21-practices-and-procedure
s#consensus> "Consensus" for what it is and isn't.

The current consensus contents of C++26 is everything that's in the CD, and
a major goal of the CD phase is to increase consensus (including via bug
fixes).

We also have sustained objections, which we never ignore and per SD-4 are
definitely in-scope to escalate one more time in this CD period
<https://isocpp.org/std/standing-documents/sd-4-wg21-practices-and-procedure
s#escalating-a-serious-cannot-live-with-objection-or-significant-new-informa
tion> , and so we will discuss those concerns again thoroughly in Kona and
check again whether keeping or removing contracts in C++26 will increase
consensus.

Because contracts is an important topic, we're scheduling it for the first
two days (Monday and Tuesday) - if you care about this, be sure to attend
EWG in person or remotely via Zoom!
