In addition, yes, I would absolutely also give SG15 an overview of the entire Contracts MVP proposal, perhaps not in all its gory excruciating detail, but in enough detail such that if any other aspect of the design *does* have tooling impact after all, and we managed to overlook that in SG21, it gets caught before the paper progresses further.
