Hi,

This is a new revision of the paper I submitted a couple of weeks ago. I
had several conversations with several people on this topic.

The good news is that I found a set of things we can do to make this work.
For that reason I decided to rename the paper, since although it has most
of the same content for context, the conclusion is now radically different.

Thanks for all that helped me figure this out. I'm mildly convinced we can
make this work...
