FYI, I believe the correct name for the concept described in this paper is "configuration name" (see, for example, https://airs.com/ian/configure/configure_4.html<https://nam06.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fairs.com%2Fian%2Fconfigure%2Fconfigure_4.html&data=02%7C01%7Cgdr%40microsoft.com%7Cbb61603d140047822f4e08d737c16d43%7C72f988bf86f141af91ab2d7cd011db47%7C1%7C0%7C637039176212302574&sdata=TXJpVfQ3TlYojiS1S9u0BtCu4DSBZOCJbStRd6BdGBY%3D&reserved=0>), although nomenclature varies (for example, config.guess calls it interchangeably a "system name" or a "tuple" or "triplet" in internal comments, but calls it a "configuration name" in the --help output)

Hello all,

As today is the cut off for papers for CppCon, I've written one small brief one I'd like to have discussed regarding "target tuplets". I know we've been on a modules kick recently, but this is tooling related, and I would argue deserves some time. I've attached a copy and (following discussion) a P version will be mailed for Belfast.
