https://wg21.link/p3100 and https://wg21.link/p3100/github .
And on the C++ Slack workspace <https://cppalliance.org/slack/> there's a
"paperbot" such that if you type [p3100] in a public message, it'll reply
with the paper's title etc., including those links.
