Hello,
I was wondering if it could be possible to provide open-std.org under
HTTPS. The compelling reason for this request is because recent versions
of Firefox and Chrome started to complain when downloading WG21 papers
from there.
This can be seen either by e.g. searching for a paper on Google and then
downloading the result, or by using WG21's redirection service available
on wg21.link.
For instance: one can download the P1413 paper by going at
> https://wg21.link/p1413
This causes an *insecure* redirect to open-std.org:
Which in turn causes the browser to complain about the downloaded file
and refuse to open it, claiming that it might have been compromised due
to the redirect. (Downloading the file directly from open-std causes no
such thing.)
Apologies if this has been raised before, I couldn't find some sort of
FAQ on the website itself.
Thanks,
