As Andrew already mentioned, this is not the right list.
That said, I wouldn't bother. Every new proposal has a cost (in
committee time; in technical cost of changing compilers, parsers and
tools; in teaching new features), and for a proposal to succeed, it
needs to have a benefit which justifies that cost. Unfortunately, I see
no such benefit here.
