Each year I give a homework assignment to get me some information to help
me decide what and how to teach in a "Design using C++" course.

For those of you who don't deal with students or people outside the C++
community, this information might be useful.

PLEASE DON’T SHARE THIS OUTSIDE THE COMMITTEE

This is the language section; the standard-library section should be ready
over the weekend.
