The summary for the SG16 meeting held November 3rd, 2021 is now

No decisions were made at this meeting; Tom expressed a belief that
consensus for P2071 exists within SG16 given that the latest revision
matches prior SG16 and EWG guidance and that SG16 had previously
forwarded the paper. This paper was already on EWG's plate, so no polls
were taken. EWG has since reviewed the paper and forwarded it to
electronic polling.
