Markus Scherer has confirmed on the Unicode mailing list that
NameAliases.txt is the normative source for aliases for Unicode,
so your table should be based on that.
Unrelated to that, I'll editorially fix the C++ standard to avoid
mentioning abbreviations: https://github.com/cplusplus/draft/issues/5093
Maybe the chat on the Unicode mailing list unveils whether there's
appetite to fix ISO 10646 at some point, so that at least the
format of the code charts is fully specified.
