The odd thing is that each individual UAX annex provides a separate
link to its predecessor version, which runs a bit counter to the
"integrated whole" idea.

Both the additional italics and the Hubert's minimal wording change
to refer to the .txt file in normative text are small and, in my view,
editorial. Let's make this paper as good as it can be.

If CWG has further concerns, they will raise them at the appropriate time.
