Then, work *with* the representatives of the implementors -- don't dismiss them because you didn't like their answers.

For MSVC, I am the representative for the toolset and its ecosystem (which is larger and under a variety of constraints than meets the eyes) on this group.
I have no fogging clue how you're planning to make inclusive progress on this effort with:

I apologize if my explanation of my observation of what running cl.exe
was perceived that way. Or are you saying that because I did not
respond to you directly that I dismissed your comment? If so, I'm
sorry. I will reply directly to it shortly.
