To get the ball rolling on something, per the mattermost chat, I
started putting together a definitions document

useful and important to have in this please share either here or as a
PR to the source

I do have a wording question for the group.. Some terms that we might
want to refer to are already defined in the general ISO/IEC 2382
dictionary <https://www.iso.org/obp/ui#iso:std:iso-iec:2382:ed-1:v2:en>.
Would we want to replicate them (with corresponding reference) or just
not include them?
