Hello,

I would like to hear some opinions on how to best encode P2577R2 in
the TR. I have been tentatively creating an appendix where specific
conventions will be documented, and then they're just cross-referenced
from the main text.

Do folks think that's a reasonable approach? Or should I try to get it
inserted in the context of the main text instead?
