Re: [SG19] SG14/SG19 CPPCON Sept call

From: Patrice Roy <patricer_at_[hidden]>

The "Games Devs Want..." document was discussed in the past but we're not
done. The current state of things is a (very) working document (see
attached) and we stopped on page 13 where the yellow text is shown
currently (see attached).

Reminder: this document is meant to be used to decide what we want to push
and under what form; it's not a P document, but parts of it probably will
be eventually.

Note : Ben Deane has written a blog post on a trick that lets one achieve
constexpr function arguments. Since that was one of the requests in the
document, I have inserted the link in that section (if you want to see it
right away : https://www.elbeno.com/blog/?p=1685 but note that Ben's not
sure if this works portably so take this as food-for-thought)

Note : the thread stack size has come back to the for on SG1 reflectors
this week (thanks for Corentin Jabot for pushing this again!) and there's
still resistance, so if this is something that counts for SG14 it might be
important to build a solid argument to help us push this. For some reason,
thread naming seems easier to push...

Cheers!
