Hi all, I want to urge everyone to add to the spreadsheet directly. But
also thanks for the note here in this thread to alert everyone abotu what
you are adding. It is indded a living document.

I have turned off global edits as I have made this link visible to the
world. If you need access at this point, when you edit the spreadsheet, it
will automatically ask me to share with you. In this way, I can track
authors and contributors more precisely. Thanks.
