Yes and quite a few them are in this mailing list and/or in the Standards
team. The fact is that those people are who make things fast so that everyone
else doesn't have to worry about details.

This is a case of when the functionality does not need to be easy, intuitive
or even discoverable. There are a few dozen people at most who will need it.
But it needs to exist.
