If you’re going to disregard basic communication decency with rude personal attacks, people are going to be a lot less patient and forgiving when interacting with you.

I seem to remember you mentioning you’ve become an ISO member recently as well, so there are potential repercussions for violating ISO’s code of conduct.
The moderators can be contacted if things go beyond reason.

P.S. People *have* been banned from these forums. I personally don't
go for that very lightly, because while the noise level is in some
cases unfortunate,
various people learn very quickly to simply skip over some people's
messages. That's one of the reasons why a moderator like me might seem
unattentive towards such problems.
