I actually wrote an answer here - because it’s a trivial and not at all complicated or mysterious question - but I've deleted it as it is literally irrelevant to the task at hand, and is completely unresponsive to anything I said. It feels more like an attempt to force continued engagement rather than an honest attempt to make forward progress.

You do not have a right to endless attention and work from other people on this list.

It is not the job of other people on this list to try to work out what your actual proposal actually is from a series disconnected replies. It is your job to communicate the details, and the easiest way to that is by providing a paper with the level of detail and specificity of other papers - as you can see in the included link writing a paper doesn’t force you to never change your proposal - papers pretty much always have multiple revisions, and plenty of papers are abandoned after that effort has occurred.

Finally: writing a paper does not cost you anything. If people do think your proposal is worth investigating you still have to write the paper.

So just write the paper. It will make it much easier for everyone in this thread to understand what you are actually proposing, and give a solid reference point for discussion, and again it costs you nothing to do this as such a paper is always going to be required.
