This is disingenuous.

You are not “filming at a park”, a more accurate analogy is “I went into a cinema and filmed a movie”.

Being available in public does not mean “public domain”.

That’s not how copyright works.

In addition to me, other people have also told you that you do not have the right to use their work.

Instead of acknowledging and respecting this, you have told us we do not have the right to our work, you do not respect the work or rights of others in the committee, and not only do you not care about getting consent of other participants, you will intentionally ignore explicit refusal to consent to this.

I do not know what I have done or said to make you feel like I don’t have the right to say no.
