Would it be possible to update the web UI of the C++ mailing list to a more
user friendly version?

Currently Mailman version 2.1.34 is used, with the Pipermail archiver/web
UI.
Mailman version 3 uses HyperKitty as archiver/web UI, which offers a more
modern/user friendly web UI. This would also improve accessibility (I
think).

This might not be the right avenue to propose this change, but I don't get
any response on the admin email addresses that are listed.
