Hello,
In the beginning of the year I sent two proposals to Hal Finkel as I have
already done.
After a really long time w/o replay I dug deeper and found out, the process
is changed.
According to
https://isocpp.org/std/standing-documents/sd-7-mailing-procedures-and-how-to-write-papers
one needs to send them to nevin at cplusplusguy.com to get a number.

So I did, but 3 weeks later I again have no response.

Any clues?
