*Proposals in the works*
Idea is to merge PRs and fix them as needed instead of aiming for a perfect
description

Copy Semantics PR (https://github.com/cplusplus/SG20/pull/55)
Seems good to go, with just a few pending comments which will be solved by
Florian and Arthur within the next day and then merged

User Defined Literals (https://github.com/cplusplus/SG20/pull/54)
Ready to merge

Default Parameters (https://github.com/cplusplus/SG20/pull/56)
It seems tentatively ready, but Florian wants some feedback on a change he
did following a reviewer's suggestion.

Requires Expressions (https://github.com/cplusplus/SG20/pull/58)
Rob Douglas and Arthur O'Dwyer will solve some pending comments offline, to
try to move this as tentatively ready.

*Soliciting Topic Authors*

What should a topic be:
http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2020/p2193r1.pdf
Model: https://github.com/cplusplus/SG20/blob/master/skeleton.md

Filipe Mulonde - "constructors" topic
Arthur O'Dwyer - "Rule of Zero" topic
Florian compiled a list of people that gave "back to basics talks" on
cppcon and might try to contact them, as some of those correlate with
topics to be written.

*Any Further Business*

WG21 discussion on which communication channel to use. SG20 has very low
activity so JC Van Winkel thinks keeping on the mailing list is alright.
Arthur O'Dwyer: There's an SG20 channel on the cpplang
Kate Gregory: On Discord and Slack open all the time. Left cpplang,
mentioned that there is an SG20 channel on includecpp. Would choose
Discord, if SG20 were to create a channel.

Official work to remain on GitHub and mailing list.
