I don't remember if the decision about P1389 was shared with this mailing
list. I think it was expected to be discussed during Belfast.
Any result?
Anything other interesting decision from Belfast that wasn't mentioned?
(E.g. this evolution of the Module-based paper comes without much context
for me.)
