Two decisions were made at this meeting, both of which were unopposed.

 1. We agreed to forward the reviewed draft of P2286R8: Formatting
    Ranges
    <https://brevzin.github.io/cpp_proposals/2286_fmt_ranges/p2286r8.html>
    with a minor wording adjustment to LWG for C++23.
 2. We agreed to forward the reviewed draft of P2558R1: Add @, $, and `
    to the basic character set <https://wg21.link/p2558r1> to EWG for C++26.

Per our operating procedures

these decisions will be deemed as having SG16 consensus subject to
dissenting opinions raised during the next week.
