Tried to send this out yesterday, but it wasn't sending for some reason.

With the withdrawal of the EcosystemIS and associated papers, we need to
meet to discuss how we should handle other work that was targeting it, and
how we plan to deliver tooling related content going forward.

Given that a lot of us are off until January, I plan to have this meeting
in mid January, and will ask people for when they're available first thing
in January.
