Two papers requires getting twice as many review slots in each group it
goes through. For big papers, that might make sense of you want to ensure
some parts get in even if we run out of time to review some of it.
But these are tiny features, I don't think there's a lot of value in
splitting it up. But I can only speak for LWG. It's possible the LEWG chair
and co-chairs would rather have two tiny papers than one small one.
