SG15 will hold (at least) two hour-long telecons a month until the
Cologne meeting. Our primary mission at this time is modules tooling
interactions; the telecons will be focused on advancing our
deliverable, the proposed C++ Ecosystem Technical Report. We may also
discuss any SG15 related papers that come up.

The telecons will be every other Friday at 9:00AM Pacific, starting on
2019-03-08. There will be 10 telecons in total:

Note that this schedule is not /exactly/ every 2 weeks, due to my
desire to minimize the number of telecons during April holidays
(Passover) and May conferences (C++Now, etc).

March/early April, one for late April through July).

If there are overlaps with other ISO related telecons that I've
forgotten about, please let me know sooner rather than later.
