Hello SG15 folks,

We're going to hold another pre-Kona SG15 telecon to discuss module
tooling interactions.

Titus and I are working on a specific game plan for the next meeting.
At a high level, our goals are:

(0) Finish informative discussion of modules naming/lookup concerns.
(1) Informative discussion of the impact on non-build-system tools.
(2) Start working on building consensus for concrete solutions/steps
we can take to resolve concerns.

We will once again aim for a 1 hour slot.
