Like Gaby I am happy to help (and you are welcome to pick from our
guidelines[1]) but unfortunately I have no capacity to take a lead
on this.

Also, now with the merging/intersecting of the Atom proposal and
Modules TS (see P0983R0[2]), things are quite muddy with regards
to what the final "C++ Modules" will look like. So as much as I
hate to say it, this effort might be a bit premature.
