Seeing as the WG14 reflector keeps disabling my email, I'll just post this here as most of WG14 is also here. And besides, WG21 is probably interested too. If somebody would like to post it to the WG14 reflector for me, that would be appreciated.
I attach the draft fixed version of https://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg14/www/docs/n3540.pdf "Modern signals handling" incorporating all the committee feedback as best I could. For WG21's information, WG14 polled this at 19-2-4 and gave me a bunch of things to change. I _think_ the attached draft revision mostly solves all that feedback.
I'd like to especially thank Joseph Myers whose list of feedback was so extensive it took me the best part of a week to implement it all.
The next WG14 committee meeting is some time away, so plenty of time to receive further comments and feedback on this draft paper! My thanks in advance.
