Not really, we haven't codified those (yet). Some observations:

1) we require the format to be plaintext, pdf, or html
2) that attached paper could use an introductory paragraph or two
explaining what this is about,
and why

At this point, the rationale and cost/benefit analysis is more
important than the wording mechanics.
