Heh, we sent mails more or less at the same time. So, it wasn't
dropped. We haven't voted it yet, because it's blocked by other
proposals that refactor the existing wording (editorial changes), in
order to make it easier to specify this proposal. I expect we'll vote
a successor of n3531 in a year or two.
