Indeed, ABI is not officially part of the Standard, but decisions are weighed on
how they do affect ABI.
But that's the point for organicoman: is the proposal to officially include ABI
in the Standard? Or officially ignore and break the world?
This list can discuss such a proposal. But there has been *no* proposal posted
in this thread yet.
