Thanks Ville!

I saw that address (and another) in the footer but wasn't sure it was
still reaching him. Just so that there are no mistakes in my request: I
wrote the below to him. Does that look correct?

I'd like to request a number for a proposal I have:

Title: Timed lock algorithms for multiple lockables
Date: 2025-08-30
Audience: Library Evolution Working Group
