The C++ standard is a tool, to do a job.
It is not a menu a la carte where you can pick features you fancy at that time, nor you can ask the chef to cook something out of the menu because "you would want to see what that looks like".

And unless you have a definitive answer as to how any of these "help ME do MY JOB" I really don't want to hear it.

If this is the sort of thing you like to do. Perhaps consider writing your own language as a hobby, and feel free to play around with it to get it to do whatever the hell you dreamed up that day. That would be by far much more fulfilling than just throwing random ideas on to the standard mailing list.
I'm really being serious here. Write your own language as a hobby and give it the features that you want, its far more productive and rewarding, and it is more in line with what you really want to do.
