If you take the time needed from the current status to publication of C++20 and estimate the publication date for C++23, C++23 will be published in about 2.5 weeks from now.
According to the same page C++14, C++17 and C++20 were really published in the 'correct' year.

As far as I know it's waiting for ISO to publish the standard, see
