No it's proprietary code I cannot share unfortunately. I did try to
simplify it to isolate it but it was easier to switch to Linux. But
there is a nasty bug in Windows.

But the big picture is it's a low latency, heavy load, and multithreaded
GPU/CUDA application and I would be surprised I'm the first one to write
such type of application in Windows.
