Sorry to be new about this processes, I don't see yet
what is the difference between an issue with

or a CWG.

I do not fill yet to master the specific intent
of who designed those examples, therefore
I would prefer just to report there is an issue
there, without proposing a different example.

Is it fair to proceed this way with
https://github.com/cplusplus/draft/issues/new ?
