This does look like an ad disguised as a discussion.
There's nothing in this email chain that is actionable.
The entire conversation can be dismissed with the simple question:
So what?
Doing stuff in Python takes longer to run and consumes more power than they otherwise would in C++.
So what?
I already knew that, and I assume everyone in this mailing list knows that.
What would you expect would be the outcome of such an exchange on this mailing list?
What do you intend to do?
Convince python developers (in a C++ mailing list) to switch to C++?
What would be the expect outcome where you would say, "yes, something was achieved here",
Other than plug for your own business?

This mailing list is not "proposals" but general discussions and sometimes we need to step back because on another note some government agencies might dismiss non-memory safe languages also:
https://www.theregister.com/2024/09/16/safe_c_plusplus/
So:
- Power consumption (on the good track) and;
- The lifetime of non-memory safe languages (can be addressed);
Are 2 very important topics that'll need to be understood one day or another.
