I submitted a proposal two weeks ago which you can find at

There were no comments. I'm not sure how to interpret that or how a
proposal becomes accepted. I assumed a proposal is better when it can
be used as a building block rather than a large complete system? Do I
need to find a committee member who's interested in getting my
proposal accepted? Is the proposal too small? I'm not sure what next
steps I should take
