We briefly went over Jens' (substantial organizational) changes to the
draft TS, and discovered one minor formatting issue.

The draft looks to be in good shape. The front matter probably needs to be
adjusted to match ISO ballot requirements.

[ Based on investigation after the meeting, there is no official review
committee for the DTS, so it looks like our current process of having SG5
review the draft informally is fine. ]

AI: Hans to check on ballot status. MIchael W. and Hans to push DTS ballot
forward if / when the Work Item ballot is resolved. MIchael W. to fix the
acknowledgements.

Let's keep the next meeting slot for now in case further reviewing of the
draft is needed. I expect to cancel if the draft has been sent for ballot
by then.
