Next steps:

The editor (Michael Wong) turns P2066 into a TS draft.

This gets sent out for a new work item ballot.

Assuming that passes and there are no process hiccups, it goes out for a
DTS ballot.

I don't think there's anything we can or should do as a group at the moment.
