mailing.
He went through the changes, which were uncontroversial in SG5.

Hubert's first question about whether it should be possible to query
whether we're in a transaction has not yet been addressed.

Mike Spear: The question was discussed in 2016.

behaviour".

Mike Spear: A student is starting to investigate clang front-end changes
required for the TS. Brief discussion about whether break and continue
should be allowed to exit a transaction. Consensus: yes.

Brief discussion of Intel and ARM support for TM. Nobody was aware of any
decision by Intel (or others) to drop support. The recent addition of
TSXLDTRK instructions suggests otherwise.
