I made a full pass through the document, with a bunch of edits that are
currently suggestions. Mike - Could you please go through those and accept
if you agree? Anybody else may want to double-check as well.

Since there isn't a mailing between now and tomorrow, we can just attach a
pdf version to the EWG wiki when we're done. We should submit officially
around August 14, after the meeting, before the deadline early on the 15th.
