Re: [SG5] Informal minutes from July 28 meeting

Victor points out I got the date wrong for the EWG meeting. It's August 13.
Corrected version:

Attendees:
Hans Boehm
Victor Luchangco
Michael Scott
Mike Spear
Michael Wong

Confirmed that everyone in attendance agrees that
1. We want to move forward with the P2066
2. It is fine to have that replace the current TM TS

General preference for the language-based solution even if keyword renaming
turns out to be necessary.

We expect that P1875 and P2066 will be discussed at 10:00 Pacific Time on
August 13 in EWG.

Discussed update of P1875 for EWG meeting. Mike Spear is taking the lead.
Hans Boehm and others to provide input where needed.

Discussed the role of the RAII implementation and the fact that it closely
reflects the expected implementation work for P2066.

Discussed the need for an editor and roughly what that involves, based on
Michael Wong's experience.
