I've attached draft updates to D3126 Overview and D3127 Background & Terminology for the graph library proposal that have been updated by Andrew for review. I know he has a few more tweaks he'd like to do, but this will give people a good start on the work he's done.

Work continues on the P3337 Comparisons paper that compares the proposed library with boost::graph and NWGraph in syntax, performance and memory usage. I shared an early draft in the last SG19 paper which received positive responses.

Work continues on implementing the vertex and edge descriptors. Once that's complete, I'll have confidence to update the remaining papers to reflect the changes.
