Hello everyone

I have updated the paper to include some of this feedback, attributed to
the authors. Please tell me now, privately if you choose, if you would
rather I didn't include your contribution, and also supply any preferred
attribution you would like me to use (e.g. Dr Peter Brett).

Deadline for Varna is Monday, so time is short!
