The following polls were taken following the discussion of CWG 2843
(Undated reference to Unicode makes C++ a moving target)
<https://cplusplus.github.io/CWG/issues/2843.html>:

  * *Poll 1: Recommend having a dated reference to Unicode in the
"Normative references" and add permission to implement an
    implementation-defined version.*
      o Attendees: 10
o No objection to unanimous consent.
  * *Poll 2: The standard shall specify a mandatory minimum Unicode
    version.*
      o Attendees: 10
        SF F N A SA
        3 5 1 1 0

      o Consensus in favor
o A: I would prefer to allow implementations to use older Unicode
versions and still be considered conforming; implementations
        will do so regardless.

Further discussion of CWG 2843 is planned for the 2024-02-07 SG16 meeting.

Tom.
